Determine, develop and deliver innovative strategies and tools to target new and current clients/students. Initiate and center team efforts to gather, analyze and interpret data and formulate recommendations and conclusions. Perform Employees and Students interviews on analysis and interpretation of data. Engage in practice management such as tools, methodologies, people development and proposals. Render quality control for engagement team’s work. Report on final client status and present to engagement staff to demonstrate factual material command. Expand and identify current and new business projects by strengthening client relationships. Develop and review staff performance such as mentoring and recruiting staff. Communicate with all client management levels. Measure project progress, client benefits and budget expectations through proprietary tracking tools. Handle routine relationships.
Director International Programs- Dr. K.E.G.S. Kumarage
Oversees international outreach efforts by developing international programs and relationships.Investigates fellowships and other potential funding sources to support the development of international studies initiatives. Develops and implements orientation, support and special programs for students as host institution.

Company Secretary / Quality Manager Dr K.E.G.S.V Kumarage
Ensure and check the Institute complies with their Articles of Association. Maintain Institute’s statutory books and records, including but not limited to the register of members, directors, secretaries and charges. Administrative duties relating to directors and members meetings, including the preparation and circulation of notices and minutes.Maintaining communication links between directors, members and employees.
Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems. Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements. Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the Institute’s products. Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
Accountant – Mr. Gayan Asanka
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Accomplishes the result by performing the duty. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Head of Human Resource Department Mrs S.A.D.P Samarasinghe
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations. Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
