Currently working as a Lead Project Manager for the Crew Compensation Product under Flight Attendant & Flight Service Technology and as a Cloud Migration Project Manager having the overall responsibility of designing and executing a cloud migration strategy solution using Azure cloud to migrate from Mainframe to Cloud. As the Lead Project Manager, I am working closely with IT consultants, cloud solution architects and cloud engineers in translating Crew Compensation strategic goals, road-maps, and business requirements into future state architectures designed to leverage the cutting-edge functionality delivered through Azure cloud service. Further responsible for understanding the adoption challenges in migrating on premise infrastructure and application portfolios and will be able to bridge the gaps during the migration strategy design process.
